Who are we?

We are a monthly drop-in for destitute asylum seekers, set up by the New London Synagogue.

We support around 150 clients from 60 different countries, many of whom have risked their lives to escape torture, war and persecution and, now in the UK, are living on the margins of society.

We meet on the first Sunday afternoon of the month at the Archer Academy in East Finchley.

As well as providing a warm and welcoming environment, we also offer a range of services including home-cooked vegetarian food, good quality second-hand clothing, a range of toiletries and a children’s play area. Every client also receives a supermarket voucher and travel expenses.

Our drop-in is run entirely by volunteers and supported by donations alone.
